Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the market development and sales of the company's products (such as gearboxes, reducers, etc.).

• Maintain and expand customer relationships, understand customer needs, and provide customers with professional technical programs and solutions.

• Assist customers in technical exchanges and product demonstrations, and promote the signing of sales contracts.

• Conduct regular market research, collect market information and analyze competitors' dynamics.

• Assist sales manager to formulate sales plan and accomplish sales target.

• Follow up the progress of orders to ensure timely delivery and solve customers' after-sale problems.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in mechanical, marketing or related majors.

• At least 1 year and above sales experience, experience in sales of gearboxes, reducers and other mechanical equipment is preferred.

• Good customer communication and negotiation skills, able to carry out sales work independently.

• Strong sense of goal orientation, with strong ability to resist pressure and execution.

• Team player, willing to participate in cross-departmental collaboration.

• English proficiency is preferred, able to handle English emails or telephone communication is preferred.
